Introduce mandatory annual road worthiness testing for agricultural tractors and other agricultural vehicles used on public roads, alongside stronger requirements for lighting, visibility and enforcement.

Additional details

There have been tragic deaths as a result of accidents involving agricultural vehicles. We believe regular safety testing and stronger safety requirements could help identify dangerous vehicles before they cause harm. We want to prevent other families experiencing the devastating loss we have suffered and make Britain's roads safer for everyone.
