I want the Government to require schools to prove they have explored reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 before withdrawing SEND placements, to introduce independent reviews of decisions, & to hold individual schools accountable for ensuring children receive safe, inclusive education.

Additional details

I have personal experience of the difficulties that can be faced by parents with SEND children in terms of decisions made by individual schools. We need greater accountability from individual schools, independent reviews of their decisions and proof from them that reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 have been explored before children with SEND lose placements.
