Make Family Holidays Affordable During School Half-Terms — 9 signatures. Status: rejected.
The UK Government should take action to make holidays cheaper for families during school half-term and school holiday periods by tackling excessive price increases for travel, accommodation and holiday packages.
Families often face significantly higher prices when booking holidays during school half-term and school holiday periods. Parents with school-age children have little choice about when they can travel, making these price increases difficult to avoid. This petition calls on the UK Government to take action to make family holidays more affordable and address excessive price increases for travel, accommodation and holiday packages during school breaks.
