Require cameras in vehicles used to transport children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Children with EHCPs are some of the most vulnerable children in society and deserve the necessary and adequate protections to transport them to and from school on a daily basis.

Additional details

This could enhance children's welfare and offer an extra layer of protection for safeguarding children. We have cameras on trains, trams, buses and at bus stations, train stations and tram stations. Yet, we have not caught up with adding cameras to transport vehicles both private and council-led for the most vulnerable children in society.
