Make Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training compulsory for all staff members in all education settings, ensuring staff are equipped to support autistic pupils and reduce trauma, misunderstanding and exclusion.

Additional details

Thousands of DWP health care professionals completed the training and we believe education staff should be required to complete the same training. As a Tier 2 Co-Trainer, I have seen how lived-experience training transforms professionals. It could reduce trauma, improve inclusion and secure Oliver’s legacy.
