Ban HMO conversions in properties with three bedrooms or fewer to protect family homes. We believe too many small houses are being turned into HMOs, leaving families with nowhere suitable to rent. We need national rules to keep smaller homes available for families.

Additional details

Many families are losing access to small homes because two bed and three bed houses are being turned into HMOs. These were intended as family homes, not multi tenant properties. We feel this is breaking communities and leaving families with nowhere to rent. The Government must stop HMO conversions in properties with three bedrooms or fewer.
