Ban charities from posting donation bags through letter boxes unless requested

Ban charities from posting donation bags through letter boxes unless requested — 12 signatures. Status: open.

Petition background

Ban all charity shop bags from being delivered to homes. These generate lots of plastic waste and sometimes they are posted through letter boxes regardless of need or want. We think this would save plastic waste and prevent distressing dogs.

Additional details

These bags should only work on request to prevent plastic waste.
