Student’s right to Use School Toilets During Lessons — 7 signatures. Status: rejected.
As a student, I believe we should have reasonable toilet access during lessons. Students on periods may need to use the toilet urgently. We’re told to drink more water, especially after PE, but then told to drink less if we need the toilet. This is unfair and contradictory.
As a student, I believe we should have reasonable access to toilets during lessons. Students on their periods may need to use the toilet urgently and shouldn’t be forced to wait. We’re also encouraged to drink more water, especially after PE, but then may be told to drink less because we need the toilet. This is contradictory and unfair. Students should not have to choose between their health, hydration, dignity and school rules.
