This petition asks for a simple Yes/No referendum: Leave the ECHR using Article 58. Replace it with a British Bill of Rights. If Yes wins, the Government must send the leaving notice within 3 months and put the Bill of Rights before Parliament the same year. This does not change rescue at sea. It decides who has the last word on removals: voters and Parliament, or Strasbourg.
