I think that doctors should automatically refer a patient for ct/mri scan if they have any symptoms at all cancer related,I think it is unfair all medications etc are offered first for symtoms,sometimes for months or even years,then if no change as last resort a ct/mri scan is then offered to the

Additional details

Patient,statistics and story's we see daily show that this is always too late,cancer is detected and spread and the patients dont have long to live,now if scans were done to rule cancer out at the first instance before any medication was prescribed this could save a lot of lives!! I think it is quite ridiculous myself that we are now in 2026 and cancer is not always being caught earlier enough,instead patients are fobbed off with medication until it is too late
