Petition background

We are concerned that in the existing Act the owner of an inaccessible venue only has to say "no it is unreasonable to alter it" to be exempt from making reasonable adjustments. Civil Court is then the only way to challenge this.

Additional details

We want an amendment that includes provision for free arbitration prior to any court action.
