Currently in Uk law a deeds to a property overrides a written WILL, meaning if the owner does not want someone on the deeds to have any assests when they die only that person can revoke themselves. Leaving them in a difficult situation on being pushed for this person to have what they don’t.

In uk law the deeds on the property overrides the WILL meaning if the property owner does not want anyone on the deeds to receive anything they currently have no choice unless said person revoked themselves. The owner of the property and assets should have this choice especially when they are deemed to have capacity and not be dictated by law who receives their livelihood they have worked toward if they do not wish to share this. Easier right to remove a person off the deeds or WILL is stronger.
