Require all businesses to offer a cash alternative to digital payments for people that can't pay online. Some people need to pay cash as that's all they have access to for various reasons. Online booking systems and card only can prevent some people from living life to the fullest.

Additional details

Many businesses, including in entertainment, only take online card payments for bookings. Some people for various reasons, including those with disabilities or who are elderly, cannot book online as they have no bank card or no access, so therefore need to pay cash. This includes those who are supported by carers who need to pay cash and keep receipts. This causes restrictions in peoples lives and prevents them from living there life to the fullest and enjoying the same things as people that can do online or card only.
