Ban vaping. Prohibit the sale, manufacture, and importation of all non-pharmacy vapes, restricting legal sales to pharmacies, and limiting flavours to tobacco, mint, or menthol.

Make it completely illegal for convenience stores, supermarkets, and specialized vape shops to sell any vaping devices or e-liquids. Reclassify all legal vapes as pharmacy-controlled products. They should only be dispensed by qualified pharmacists to adults using them strictly for smoking cessation. Eliminate all remaining brand imagery, device colours, and appealing flavour names, enforcing strict pharmaceutical packaging across all remaining legal cessation products.
