We believe companies are exploiting administration fees, and have been doing so for years. Why should we pay extortionate admin fees for a letter? Or a process done yourself online or an AI bot has processed? We want fees to be capped or banned as many companies use them to make bigger profits.
Does it really cost £30 for a bank letter, or £20 to process an online insurance claim? Why pay £7 admin fee for something AI has processed instantly online? This petition is to try and get companies capped or banned for charging admin fees unnecessarily to make more profit, especially when things are processed automatically online without any human intervention from the company.
