Act on UN Commission findings of Genocide of Palestinian Children — 24 signatures. Status: open.
The UN Commission of Inquiry found Israel is committing genocide against Palestinian children. We urge the UK Government to formally recognise these findings and act on its legal obligations under international law.
The UK Government should adjust foreign policy in accordance with the Genocide Convention and cease arms sales, reconsider its diplomatic positioning on Israel, and hold Israel to account in multilateral forums. The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel published a report on 18 June 2026. The report explicitly finds that Israel’s actions constitute genocide and other atrocity crimes against Palestinian children, with evidence of continued violations despite the October 2025 ceasefire. We call on the UK Government to review this report, reflect its findings in UK foreign and domestic policy, and fulfil its legal obligations to act against the genocide of children under international law.
