The government should implement upon TFL that there should be some form of notification of ULEZ charges to vehicle owners before dealing out ridiculous unaffordable fines.

If I drive into a ULEZ zone with the belief that my vehicle isn't affected by the charge, but I am never notified of otherwise, does this really incur that I am to be blamed for 'avoiding a charge' or that I am blindly 'refusing' to pay? - It is more likely that we were just unaware! Are we living beneath a government; or a Mafia state? - Who demand you pay a fine (you weren't even aware of) or you must pay more! It is a scam there are no notifications, an obvious money making scheme!
