We call on Gloucestershire County Council to keep Household Recycling Centres free and increase appointment availability. This applies to all centres: Pyke Quarry, Fosse Cross, Hempsted,Oak Quarry, Wingmoor Farm Residents already pay through Council Tax and should be able to dispose of waste without extra charges or barriers. Charging or limiting access risks more fly-tipping, harming the environment and costing more to clean up. Sign if you agree
