This inquiry would publicly acknowledge the wrongdoings of local authorities in regards to their behaviour surrounding SEND-related issues in education, in order to have the scope of these issues and their impact acknowledged by government so that standards can be improved.

Additional details

It is known by the SEND community that local authorities and schools neglect their responsibilities to deliver adequate provisions to SEND children. Not only that, but they are known to do this through consciously hostile or emotionally manipulative means in order to cause maximum distress in both SEND parents/carers and children. This has publicly been shown to be the case after the recent revelations made by a whistleblower from a local authority, which needs to be widely investigated.
