Make UK law clearer. Create a task force to audit every "reasonable" and "objectively reasonable" wording in UK legislation. Enshrine in law that "reasonable" is the default, and that individual circumstances must be taken into account.
The phrase "I support Palestine Action" has led to more than 3,000 arrests. People can read the law itself (Terrorism Act, section 12) but cannot realistically analyse the Supreme Court judgment (UKSC/2025/0079) that explains it. Ignorance of the law is no defence, yet supporting a banned group in one sentence can mean 14 years. The same problem runs through vague tests like "reasonable" and "objectively reasonable": laws ordinary people cannot understand or predict. They must be simplified.
