I want to stop the London to Brighton bike ride being held on Father’s Day every year. Every year for as long as I can remember it has been held on Father’s Day. Having spoke to many people on this subject it is clear that a lot if people feel the same.

Additional details

Every year for as long as I can remember it has been held on Father’s Day. For a lot of families it makes it impossible to make plans to celebrate the day with their loved ones. It means each year a lot of people are confined to their homes on a day that they may not want to. I can understand every now and then that it falls on that day but every year is not fair. I fully support the bike ride to raise money for charities but there are plenty of other weekends to choose from.
