Fund free university and higher education

Fund free university and higher education — 50 signatures. Status: open.

Petition background

The average fees per year for an undergraduate degree in the UK is £9,000, and that’s not including housing fees. Just tuition alone. We believe that due to this, millions of students and their family are suffering from huge financial issues because of this.

Additional details

I believe this can impact the future and economy of the UK. Tuition fees rose by 3.1% in the last few years and student debt will increase and increase over time.
