Mirroring the successful cultural protections of France's Toubon Law. This legalisation will legally mandate tech companies to treat Standard British English as a protected asset within the UK digital infrastructure.

Without impacting or restricting regional spoken dialects. Toubon Law Model Passed in 1994, France's language in consumer goods, workplaces, commercial advertisements and publicly broadcasting. Has successfully preserved French cultural identity against foreign linguistic encroachment. Current UK Vulnerability: Technology sold in the UK routinely defaults to US orthography (eg.,ize instead of ise) American cultural Vernacular. Very acute in AI models used in British classrooms. Not traditional.
