Create a NPS (National Pet service) so that all pets and owned animals can be properly looked after when their health requires it. There shouldn't be the choice of euthanise or abandon your animal due to costs. We need a NHS pet equivalent. Affordability means less animals in charities too!
* All aspects of healthcare for pets covered by this service (with the exception of prescription medicines, just like with humans) - maybe a prescription option like with humans, where certain requirements allow even that to be covered. * Less animals abandoned or euthanised just because of costs that their owners can't afford * Equality among pet health. People with higher incomes can afford better treatment. But all animals deserve the same. *Prove our nation is animal loving!
