New written Bill of Rights(BoR) says: Government must obey all referendums (Rs) in 2 years or call general election.Any citizen can force their issue into a R if they can get enough voters' signatures.No issue is immune to change by R.At least 3 Rs must be held each year.BoR can only be changed by R

Additional details

The beauty of Direct Democracy is that government must ask for our consent by referendum for all their policies. By law, they must implement R decisions within 2 years or call a general election. Further, if a citizen has a issue and gets enough voters's signatures, then the issue is forced into a R where their fellow citizens decide. Government are outside the loop. So the people are sovereign! They rule! We believe that direct democracy is more humane, effective, efficient than what we have.
