Many students have suffered due to 1-4 marks away from the passing grade, I believe that they should be credited the pass regardless as they were close and they have the skill and knowledge for a pass

Many students each year due to being very close to passing often experience lack of opportunites due to not passing depsite they were really close to the minimum requirements. This can help save millions for the government and help students.
