Postal workers provide an essential service in all weather conditions and often work long hours under increasing pressure. Many posties feel their pay no longer reflects the workload, rising cost of living, or the importance of the job to communities across the UK. We believe the UK Government should work with Royal Mail to support fair and equal pay for postal workers, helping to improve staff retention, morale, and working conditions while protecting reliable postal services for the public.
