To tighten the law/rules on false allegations made about other parent in the family court system and to governing bodies ie social services cafcas police. Also along with coercion, manipulation, isolation, control, financial abuse and parental alienation towards children
as this affects a huge amount of parents and children in the uk with parents/children missing out on years of their relationships with no consequences to the accuser. The law needs to be especially tight when this involves disabled or extremely vulnerable children that are non verbal. This abuse can cause extreme issues for the victims including mental health problems, behavioural and even in severe cases suicide.
