In order to prevent the avoidance of tax through tax instruments all people who are employed by government and paid from public finances must be paid via PAYE

Additional details

As an ex armed forces pensioner and a person who has been forced to pay tax via PAYE all of my life I strongly believe that all people paid from taxpayers money should be accountable for the amount of tax they pay and using PAYE is the best way to achieve this.
