Stop the discrimination of the disabled when looking for work/in the workplace — 7 signatures. Status: rejected.
We want the government to put disabled people before any DEI hire (which has never included the disabled) or migrant who's just come to the country, if you refuse to help us & do NOTHING, then don't punish us when we're on a benefit system many of us have no choice but to be on & take it away
Many of us who are disabled (who can & want to work (who also don't want to be on a benefit system but are out of necessity)) aren't allowed to because DEI (which has never included any of the disabled) has put immutable characteristics above the persons ability to do the job & as a result, we are ignored & applications binned or discarded by an AI to discriminate against the disabled which is not how things should be we also require "disability confident" companies to honour that badge as well
