Make it a legal requirement for companies to inform candidates that they haven't gotten through the application stage or that haven't received a position after an interview within a reasonable time period.

Additional details

Thousands of people that apply for jobs in this country are getting no response about their job applications. Majority of those who get a response don't even get feedback or the opportunity to get feedback. In Ontario Canada, a new law is coming January 1st 2026 to make it a legal requirement for companies with 25 or more staff to inform candidates whether the position they applied for has been filled within 45 days of the last interview.
